MOVEMENT BASED EXERCISE

Here at All Elements Fitness we encourage people to exercise using whatever method gets keeps them motivated, happy & training consistently.

…But if you ask us what type of training we would recommend, it would be Movement Based Training.

Movement training focuses on putting the body through its full range of movement from head to toe on a regular basis.

With Movement Training flexibility, mobility strength, cardiovascular  capacity and mental wellness are all complimentary of each other. So even if you’re focusing on an one element, it automatically yields gains across the board.

This style of training lends it self to breathing exercises. Breathing exercises have the natural progression to advance into Mindfulness, Flow State & Meditation. This is often an unexpected but welcome discovery to new practitioners.
